Refund Policy

At Allure Rejuvenation Center (Allure), all treatments, services, and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standards. Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science and the response to a given treatment will vary from patient to patient.  With any non-surgical procedure, there is no guarantee of the outcome, and it is at the patient’s own risk that these procedures are undertaken as stated in the consents. Allure Rejuvenation Center does not offer refunds on this basis. All treatments, services, and procedures, including, but not limited to Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, etc. are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

Allure does not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, Allure does not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
